PROF. RYSZARD LEGUTKO: A new type of colonialism has emerged in the name of progress

There has emerged a new version of traditional colonialism. This time the savages are the conservative tribes somewhere in Warsaw, Budapest, Ljubljana, Bratislava. There are also some in the Western part of Europe. And the colonizers reside in the bureaucratic structures of Brussels, Paris, Strasbourg and Luxembourg.
