OAT RECIPE Ingredients 1 ½ tablespoons rolled oats or oat bran 2 tablespoons warm water 1 egg Natural seasonings to taste (parsley/chives/oregano/black pepper) Olive oil to taste 1 slice of diced white cheese 4 cherry tomatoes, cut in half Instructions Mix the oats with the water and let it soak for about 5 minutes. Crack the egg and add it to the soaked oats. Mix well with a whisk or fork until foamy. Add your favorite seasonings. Heat a skillet and add a drizzle of olive oil. Spread the oil over the skillet and add the batter. Spread the batter in the skillet like a pancake. Let it heat until golden brown. When the batter pulls away from the pan, flip it over and let it brown. Place the tomatoes and cheese on top of the oats and sprinkle with oregano. MISTEIRA CHEESE BREAD RECIPE Ingredients: 1 egg 2 tablespoons of hydrated tapioca 1 tablespoon of cream cheese 2 slices of Minas cheese 1 teaspoon of baking powder Salt to taste Instructions: Beat all ingredients with a fork, except the cheese Grease the mixer with olive oil or coconut oil Pour the mixture into the mixer and place the two slices of cheese on top Close and wait until the mixer signals ready 5 breakfast tips for pregnant women with gestational diabetes.
