Sonic Robo Blast 2 (v2.2.15) – Miles "Tails" Prower All Emeralds Speedrun (41:17.02) 6/16/2026

At this scale, it's only marginally better than my current best Metal Sonic run in this category, but somehow it still feels bad. I guess it's mostly due to the fact I'm very inexperienced with the spinfly technique. Unfortunately, I'm not Hopter. That being said, there's not a lot of people running this category with Tails to begin with, so this is still second place on the leaderboard as of this posting. I guess it's not that popular with Tails runners because Tails doesn't actually benefit from having Chaos Emeralds anyway. Who's to say? Anyway, I really, REALLY need to figure out the optimal route on Arid Canyon Zone Act 2. In case you couldn't tell, I kinda got lost in there trying to find the route Hopter took in their WR Any% run, which resulted in a significant time loss. I need to watch it again, then run it myself in Record Attack a few times to internalize it. Might even benefit future Millie runs to an extent, I dunno. As things stand, I probably would have been better off taking the route I actually know, but I didn't want to start all over again for this run. Oh well. There's always next time.
