A tour of the Jiutepec Market Friends, in this video we took a tour of the #Jiutepec Municipal Market, one of those places where you can feel the local life, chat, and eat delicious food. 🥭🥩🌮 We walked among fruit stands, butcher shops, and #fondas (small, informal restaurants), chatted with the vendors, and they told us why they are so proud of their market: tradition, quality products, and very competitive prices. Here, they don't just sell #food #Mexicanfood; they sell history and the daily work of local people. Afterward, we sat down to eat at Fonda Vicky, where they welcomed us with so much warmth ❤️. We tried a #huarache with #cecina (dried, salted beef) that was spectacular and a #pancita (tripe stew) that was simply delicious. The kind that warms your soul.
