4 Hour Battle With Cape Cod Giant Bluefin Tuna On Spinning Tackle Ends In Heartbreak

There is nothing more exciting than seeing 500 pound giant bluefin tuna going airborne and crashing on the surface, as they chase bait at max speed. This was the exact scenario myself and MFCC member Aaron Permlutter found ourselves in last Sunday while fishing with Cullen from Cape Star Charters (www.capestarcharters.com) Giant tuna were crashing the surface when we hooked a fish that was probably 95 inches long and potentially heavier than 500lbs.
