How I Promoted to O-4 In 2 Years | Military Medicine
In this video I talk about how promotions work for military officers (Especially Staff Corps). Because of my civilian education and training, I was able to promote very quickly to O-4 (LCDR in the Navy or Major in the Army or Air Force). This video will be helpful for college and professional school students that are considering joining the military. Also, I would encourage enlisted service members to watch and learn about alternative ways to promote (besides FITREPS and exams.)
