‘I Smell Alcohol!’: Ohio Cop Arrested for Suspected DUI After Refusing Breathalyzer

Bodycam footage shows a Cincinnati police officer getting arrested for suspected DUI after refusing to take a breathalyzer test during a traffic stop on April 14. The Ohio State Highway Patrol said the responding trooper allegedly smelled alcohol in Justin Shields' vehicle and on him, leading to a series of sobriety tests.
