The bike is simple and rugged; for me, it has been way more reliable than I expected. I've been using it for my daily commute, in hot sun, driving rain, and even some snow, and I've put something over 1000 miles on it. It has been a fantastic value for the price. Probably not the best choice for use on pavement, but a great starter bike for general use.
