War Hero Jessica Lynch is Now a 5th Grade Teacher
Some 5th graders know her as Miss Lynch, but all of America remembers her as Private Jessica Lynch. The year was 2003 and Jessica was a fresh faced 19 year-old soldier in the U.S. Army during the invasion of Iraq when her unit was ambushed. Jessica was knocked unconscious and taken to an Iraqi hospital where the unthinkable happened. All of America watched as U.S. Special Forces conducted a daring mission to rescue her. #InsideEdition
