One of my favourite aspects of the Cullen romance is his 'redemption' arc. I've seen many people say his romance screams 'fix me' energy, while I whole heartedly disagree. Cullen was on the path to recovery long before he met the inquisitor, she was not there to fix him, rather to accept his flaws and stand beside him. When I first heard this song months ago it was screaming "Cullen coded" at me, even though this song is labelled as a Christian song, I feel like every lyric applies to their love story.
