MSTS25 - [MVP Session] Cztery R - Jakub Gutkowski
A TDD tool for handling difficult conversations before they happen. As our responsibilities as ICs increase, our communication becomes more crucial. One of our main responsibilities will be aligning the work of different teams, and even the entire organization; we need to communicate with stakeholders, CxOs, VPs, engineering directors, product managers, and engineers. Not all conversations will go smoothly; how can we prepare if we know the next important meeting with our VP might go wrong? One of the tools that helped me a lot was the Four Rs – record, reflect, revise, and roleplay. In this session, I'll walk through a framework that will not only help us better prepare for the next conversation but also ensure we're on the same page.
