It can be overindulgence, stress, booze(!), extremes of winter temperature and colds/bugs etc. While acupressure can’t work miracles, if you know it’s a stress or tension headache then this style of massage can really help to soothe aching muscles and encourage you to relax, breathe and start to feel a little better.
