Wynncraft - True Damage (Neutral) Builds

"Neutral Build" has been experimented by curious class builders since very long ago. But it is easily forgotten after few attempts. By having lack of support, they always ends up being an unusable, meme build. (In other words, for being too weak!) But with the release of various items in Fruma, including the set item : Empty set, neutral build got a chance to become not just relevant, but STRONG.
