Dark Souls 3 - Gael, Caballero esclavo/ No hit NG+ 7 máxima dificultad .Solo Piromancias. DLC Ciudad Anillada. Gael residía en el Mundo Pintado de Ariandel, donde actuaba como una figura paterna para la Pintora, quien lo llamaba "tío". Se cree que abandonó la pintura tras el encierro de la Pintora, llevándose los restos del portal físico con él, con el objetivo de encontrar a un Ser de la ceniza que complete la profecía en la que se quemaría el actual mundo pintado para que la Pintora pueda reemplazarlo. Incapaz de encontrar a uno de estos individuos, viaja a la Catedral de la Oscuridad, rogando por ayuda divina en su misión. Cuando se encuentra con el Campeón, se alegra de haber completado su búsqueda y le pide al Ser de la ceniza que libere a la Pintora y le muestre la llama que quemará la podredumbre. Una vez que entra en contacto con la pieza de la pintura, el Ser de la ceniza es transportado al mundo pintado. Durante el combate contra Friede y Ariandel, la llama vuelve a encenderse, y la Pintora comenta que esperará hasta poder verla antes de comenzar la nueva pintura. Para ello, pretende utilizar cierto pigmento, el cual revela ser el Alma Oscura en sí, descubierta por el Furtivo Pigmeo y utilizada para crear a toda la humanidad. También menciona que Gael tenía la intención de conseguirla para ella, y que se ha puesto en una nueva misión para encontrarla. La misión de Gael para encontrar el Alma Oscura lo lleva hasta la La Ciudad Anillada, donde finalmente encuentra a los Señores Pigmeos, los cuales poseen la sangre que serviría como un pigmento adecuado. Sin embargo, para su sorpresa, la sangre de estos se ha secado a lo largo de los siglos y, por lo tanto, es inútil para él. Enloquecido por esta revelación y decidido a completar su misión, Gael asesina a los Pigmeos, cortando sus gargantas y luego consumiendo su sangre seca, en un intento desesperado de obtener el Alma Oscura. Pero incluso él se dio cuenta de que la oscuridad del Alma Oscura era demasiado poderosa para poder controlarla, y la misma terminó mutando su cuerpo, haciéndolo crecer en tamaño y distorsionando su mente. Gael resided in the Painted World of Ariandel, where he acted as a father figure to the Painter, who called him "uncle." It is believed that he abandoned painting after the Painter's imprisonment, taking the remnants of the physical portal with him, with the goal of finding a Cinderborn to fulfill the prophecy that the current Painted World would be burned away so the Painter could replace it. Unable to find such an individual, he travels to the Cathedral of the Deep, pleading for divine aid in his quest. When he encounters the Champion, he rejoices at having completed his search and asks the Cinderborn to free the Painter and show him the flame that will burn away the decay. Once it comes into contact with the piece of painting, the Ashen One is transported to the painted world. During the battle against Friede and Ariandel, the flame is rekindled, and the Painter remarks that she will wait until she can see it before beginning the new painting. To do so, she intends to use a certain pigment, which is revealed to be the Dark Soul itself, discovered by the Furtive Pygmy and used to create all of humanity. She also mentions that Gael intended to obtain it for her and has embarked on a new quest to find it. Gael's quest to find the Dark Soul leads him to the Ringed City, where he eventually encounters the Pygmy Lords, who possess the blood that would serve as a suitable pigment. However, to his surprise, their blood has dried over the centuries and is therefore useless to him. Driven mad by this revelation and determined to complete his mission, Gael murders the Pygmies, slitting their throats and then consuming their dried blood in a desperate attempt to obtain the Dark Soul. But even he realized that the Dark Soul's darkness was too powerful for him to control, and it ended up mutating his body, causing him to grow in size and distorting his mind. When the Ashen One finally meets Gael, he has been completely corrupted by the Dark Soul and demands the Champion's share, attacking him in a rage. After an intense battle, Gael is finally defeated, allowing the Ashen One to obtain his blood and give it to the Painter so that she can paint a new world.
