The FDA Just Legalised 12 Peptides, I Won't Touch Half of Them

On April 15th 2026, the FDA quietly moved 12 peptides out of Category 2 — which means compounds a lot of people were already using (BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, GHK-Cu, Semax and more) can finally be prescribed legally again through a licensed compounding pharmacy. But almost nobody is explaining what these peptides actually do, who might genuinely benefit, and — the part I think matters most — who should never go anywhere near them.
