Believe it or not, I was using yarn as my tiebacks for quite a while because I couldn't find anything I really liked. The DIYer I am I decided to make some curtain tie backs myself. I'm quite obsessed with farmhouse and french country decor so anyway I can add more, I do! I feel that these curtain tie backs are a little bit farmhouse with a side of french country. I used supplies I had on hand to make these tiebacks for curtains. The supplies you'll need are: Wooden beads 2 mm macrame cord Scissors Tape 2 hooks If you don't have hooks installed on each side of your windows you'll need those too.
