Noun 1 + 跟/和 + Noun2 + 一样 今天的天气跟昨天一样。Jīntiān tiānqì gēn zuótiān yíyàng. The weather today is the same as yesterday. We use 不一样 bù yíyàng If they are different, 包子和饺子不一样。Bāozi hé jiǎozi bù yíyàng. Bun is not the same as dumpling. We can add adjective or verb phrase after 一样 to make the comparison more specific. 今天跟昨天一样冷。Jīntiān gēn zuótiān yíyàng lěng. Today is as cold aa yesterday. 我和妹妹一样喜欢牛肉面条。Wǒ gēn mèimei yíyàng xǐhuan niúròu miàn. For the interrogative form we can just simply add 吗 in the end of sentence 你妈妈跟爸爸一样忙吗？Nǐ māma gēn bàba yíyàng máng ma？Is your mother as busy as your father? We can also use 一样不一样yíyàng bù yíyàng to make interrogative sentence. But we cannot attach adjective or verb phrase after it. 中国文化跟英国文化一样不一样？Zhōngguó wénhuà gēn Yīngguó wénhuà yíyàng bù yíyàng.
