My 24 mile local ride on a Monday afternoon

Join me on my local ride in and around the Tamar Valley, cycling through the local villages, and hamlets of; Albaston, Drakewalls, through Delaware, Sevenstones, past the Kit Hill Incline, Kelly Bray, Callington, St Dominick, Bohetherick, Cotehele Quay, then up to Harrowbarrow, and then a visit to my local 'The Queens Head Pub' in Albaston. Then the easy downhill gradient back to Calstock and home. A total of 23.67 miles and 2,310ft of elevation. Total cycling time of two hours and ten minutes.
