Gentle, Relaxing Yoga
This short 20 minute yoga practice is great to do after work, at the end of your day before bed. Since all of the poses will have you seated or on your back (so no poses on your feet or hands!) it's a wonderful way to release tension in the body and calm your nervous system. Use this short practice when your schedule is tight and allow this practice to focus your energy in a way that brings you back to your centre.
