Mini savory croissants for buffets and refreshments, super easy to make and delicious! I'm sharing the easiest way to make fantastic flaky croissants without brioche dough, using a simpler dough: pizza dough! To speed things up, I made these croissants with ready-made puff pastry, but obviously, if you prefer, it's even better to use homemade. Try them yourself and you'll see how delicious they are.
