This 2-story colonial building was built in 1911, formerly this building was the first headquarters for the Dutch army in the Juwangi area. Over time, this building has changed its function to become a teak wood administration building, with the name Huis van de Administrateur op een Teakplantage in Djuwangi. After Indonesia's independence in 1945, this building was taken over by a state-owned enterprise as an official residence. Honestly, I didn't find any mystical stories in the history of this house, apart from information that in 2018, this building was used as a location for shooting a horror film. but the story is different from information from local residents, who stated that this building is very haunted.
