WORLD'S BIGGEST GOOSE in Wawa | Canada Road Trip

On the next part of our road trip we visit Wawa and encounter a GIANT GOOSE! I hear it is the biggest goose in the world! The Wawa Goose became a weird roadside landmark in 1960 and stands at 28ft tall! The current roadside Goose is the third of its kind, and the whole town of Wawa is oddly filled with geese! The Goose comes from the meaning of the word "Wawa" which means "Wild Goose or Land of the Big Goose" in Ojibway. We also stayed at Chapleau Lake Lodge, a really beautiful and authentic spot in Chapleau, around 140 kilometers out from Wawa. The lodge is a fishing lodge and a diving school with really great food! It is literally in the middle of nowhere but it is absolutely worth a visit! OH, yeah, and Danny narrates my vlog because I .... may or may not have been eaten by the giant goose?!
