The renovation, centered on the theme of "inheritance," preserved valuable tiles and bricks, respecting the original design while enhancing insulation, earthquake resistance, and other core features to suit modern living. The structure combines reinforced concrete and wood construction, creating a raised-floor design that enhances durability by addressing humidity. The interior features PORTER'S PAINTS, which accentuate the living area's natural light and materials. Landscaping was designed by SOLSO, with plants carefully chosen to harmonize with the surrounding area over time, ensuring the house will grow even more beautiful as the years pass.
