You definitely haven't eaten zucchini like this! This is my new favorite zucchini recipe - I actually make it EVERY DAY and never get tired of it, quite the opposite! (I never thought I could eat the same dish every day...IT'S SO DELICIOUS!!!) A recipe for the lazy that's prepared instantly, in one pot (no need to wash a mountain of dishes after eating), and tastes like something from an expensive restaurant. The secret lies in a special zucchini cooking technique and sequence: we create the "3D effect of a Russian oven" in a regular frying pan and on a regular stovetop, as well as in one secret ingredient that makes the dish incredibly fluffy (the secret is in the "bubbles" that make the dish incredibly tender). Try this recipe once, and you'll forget about regular fried zucchini! Ingredients: Young zucchini - 350 g Onions - 2 pcs. (small) or 1 medium (~60 g) Tomato - 1 pc. Eggs - 2 pcs. Coconut oil (or any vegetable oil) - for frying Cheese - 30 g Mineral water (carbonated) - 0.5 cup Lemon - 1/3 pc. (juice) Soda - 1 tsp.
