【高知旅vlog】中土佐町かつお祭で初鰹を堪能！鳴無神社へ参拝、寝台特急サンライズで朝帰り

This is a vlog of my trip to Nakatosa Town in Kochi Prefecture, where I enjoyed the main festival of the Katsuo Festival, visited Narunashi Shrine, and returned home on the Sunrise Seto/Izumo sleeper train. I took the Shimanto express train from Kochi Station to Tosa-Kure Station and participated in the Katsuo Festival held in Nakatosa Town, Kochi Prefecture. Nakatosa Town is famous as a town of "Tosa single-line fishing" for bonito. The town-wide event was very lively. Besides delicious bonito dishes, there were plenty of activities such as Shimanto River headwaters drumming, a tokoroten (agar jelly) eating contest, and a straw-grilling experience. After the festival, I visited Narunashi Shrine in Susaki City. It's a power spot for matchmaking, so I paid my respects. For my return journey, I took the Sunrise Seto/Izumo sleeper train from Okayama Station and arrived back in Tokyo in the morning. It was a fulfilling train journey. In addition, in Nakatosa Town, I stopped by Nishioka Sake Brewery and bought Junpei, a popular local sake; I ate tokoroten (agar jelly) at Kochi-ya, across from Kure Hachimangu Shrine; I peeked into the Nakatosa roadside station; in Okayama, I visited Bar Maeda in the evening; and after returning to Tokyo, I went to the Kochi antenna shop in Ginza Yurakucho and ate ice cream.
