Hi everyone! Today I'm going to pickle some gherkins, and I'm going to do it with a lot of vinegar. I bought a small package of gherkins that come already weighed. Preparation: I washed the gherkins, scraped off the ends, and put them in a pot with water and salt to cook until soft, about 8 to 10 minutes. Once cooked, place them in a glass jar, preferably a quartered onion, a little cooking water, a little salt, half a jar of vinegar, oregano, and a little Bahian seasoning.
