How to Fix Foot Turn Out (Duck Feet) When Squatting or Walking- 5 Exercises + Full Program Included

Duck feet can tell you a lot about the person's limitations, but it's important to assess further. This can be a local issue at the foot and ankle or stem from higher up at the hip and knee. Often somebody who struggles to keep their feet straight have restrictions in all three areas. Is it always an issue? Of course not.
