ADDRESS:Prima Escalators - Via Guglielmo Marconi - Via Del Popolo SNC, Potenza, Italy NOTE1: This is the biggest system of escalators (which I didn't record due to memory because they're very long) built in Potenza. The system has been inaugurated in 1994, but the elevators from Piazza 18 Agosto to Via Del Popolo have been built in 1980's. Two of them have been replaced by Schindler in mid 2000's and the other two have been modded by Schindler in late 2000's. NOTE2: I wanted to record a much longer video, but sadly I got busted by a security guard. Because of that I've only managed to ride one replaced elevator and one modernized elevator. NOTE3: The very first 30 seconds of the video are part of an outtake featuring my mum, we were experimenting this very weird system, probably adopted due to Covid-19. NOTE4: The touchless system I think is in use since post-lockdown to protect people from Covid-19. I don't know they were using it from before Covid-19 pandemic because fixtures have only been turned off, but they are in very good condition.
