Serunya Punya Rumah Ala Jepang!

Hi friends! This time we're visiting the newest Kota Baru Parahyangan house, Tatar Bungawari. It's in a prime location, close to the Mason Pine Hotel. This house has a tropical Japanese style. The facade is striking, accentuated by a variety of painted gutters, which are part of the facade. The facade is clad in bronze-colored WPC and aluminum, giving the house a more Japanese-style feel. The land area is 220m2, measuring 11m x 20m. The building area is 162m2. This house has two floors, with 3+1 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is very convenient, separate from the living area, making it more comfortable because it doesn't get saturated with cooking smells. The living area is open space, but there's a tatami mat area, which makes this tropical house truly Japanese. Moving on to the second floor, there's a unique children's room with a bunk bed. The interior uses fluted glass as an added accent. Come watch the full video, and comment if you have any other questions!
