Trekking Nepal Himalaya Upper Mustang

Movie from a trek in Nepal's Upper Mustang area with a selection of landscape, trekking and culture scenes, with some timelapses added as well. It starts with a flight from Pokhara to Jomosom, and from there via Kagbeni and Tsarang to Lo Manthang where we stay for a few days to enjoy the harvest season, monasteries and culture of the old capital. Then we head west over very remote and high passes into the Upper Dolpo area to explore rarely visited valleys. Over exposed passes and down narrow gorges we finally reach Gemi and follow the trodden trail down to Jomosom.
