R.A.C RALLY 2025 | Mark Higgins TR7 MASSIVE OFF & 4-Day Highlights!

Join me for four brutal days of historic rally action at the legendary RAC Rally, a trip that took me across Wales, Scotland, and finally Shepherdshields for one of the wildest moments I’ve ever captured on camera. The adventure began on Wednesday when me and a mate drove down to Wales. We camped out in a tent, which turned out to be a terrible idea because the temperature dropped to around –6°C. It was absolutely freezing, and I’ve never questioned my choices so quickly in my life. The next morning we headed straight into Crychan Forest for the opening rally action, watching historic rally cars tear through the cold Welsh stages. After a full day, we returned to the tent for another night of suffering in sub-zero temperatures. From there, we moved on to Sweet Lamb, one of the most iconic rally locations in the UK. The atmosphere was unreal — perfect views, big slides, and proper old-school rally sounds echoing through the hills. After two nights of freezing, we finally escaped to a hotel for a night to thaw out before continuing the journey. Then we drove up to Scotland, where the rally stages delivered that classic wet, muddy chaos the RAC Rally is known for. We camped out two nights in Scotland — Saturday night and Sunday night — and although it wasn’t quite as cold as Wales, the constant rain made sure we didn’t forget where we were. The forest stages up there were incredible to watch, with rally cars fighting for grip in proper Scottish weather. Finally, we made our way to Shepherdshields for the last stage, and this is where things got intense. Mark Higgins, driving his Triumph TR7 V8, had a massive off right in front of me. Because of a silly mistake with where I was stood, the car came flying directly toward me, and I had to jump out of the way fast — way faster than I ever want to again. It was far too close, and honestly, it shook me up a bit. It was a stupid decision on my part, and I won’t be putting myself in that position ever again. Once things calmed down, a few of us helped Mark get the TR7 back on the road so he could carry on, but the moment is captured exactly as it happened — raw, real, and way too close for comfort.
