Pity System Explained - NA getting pity early?

It's been awhile since my last upload as a took a break to re-evaluate things. Today we're going to be explaining the Pity System and some of the ins and outs of its functions. Pity is more reachable than people think and with the news coming out of JP it looks like it might come to NA early! Keep in mind just because Korea has it announced, doesn't mean the NA server will!
