We visited Morroco for the first time and we are so glad we chose this hotel for sure. The staff are very welcoming and always happy to help. Money can be exchanged at reception. Animation team are fantastic. Kids club is fabulous. Also a baby club. Entertaining entertainment whilst watching from your own table outside. Not having to sit in rows. Excellent maintained gardens. Tranquil and pleasant walks under olive trees and views of pomegranate, dates and limes. Very unique! Toilets are kept clean and maitained well. Infact I thought I'd walked into the womens toilets as the mens looked dazzling with rose petals along the wash basins : ) Various sports on offer for all ages. No hassle from staff - simply lovely people. Soon as you walk into the restaurants - each table is given bottles of water, cola and sprite. Bonus: help yourself to draught drinks...go top up as and when you require. Tasty food with various themes every day along with delicious desserts and icecream. Lookout for the stations serving fresh flavoursome chops, the tastilicious cooked prawns, grilled sardines/tuna (outside lunchtimes), poached eggs and omlettes too for breakfast and fresh light orange juice...oh and Morrocan mint tea...the best I've had! Lightly infused and freshly served. Just right. Delicious snacks offered next to the pool bar. Late afternoon there are scrumptious homemade type biscuits and croissants half dipped in choc, fresh pancakes and much much more! Go indulge yourself! Awesome pools. Plenty of sun loungers along with various sunbeds with top and side coverings for those who prefer extra shade/privacy. Many include cushions. Changing rooms available. Regular free shuttle bus to the Medina area. Nearby mall few minutes away in a taxi includes food court with the usual big chain food options. TV in room offers plenty of channels including Bein Sports for those interested in footy! Air cons in room can be controlled to your liking. Mist sprays dotted around bar areas and outside eating areas when its scorching hot so to stay cool. Moroccan restaurant included in the All Inclusive - book a day in advance. Spa was so so good. Had a face and shoulder massage. Wow felt like dozing off. It was the best ive had. I was wanting to book a body massage but didnt have enough time....far too busy filming and editing : ) The prices are really good. Get booked in early!
