WOUNDED MAN IN BULLET-RIDDLED CAR VIDEO PLAYED AT MADLANGA COMMISSION

A video played at the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry shows a wounded man inside a bullet-riddled vehicle. The footage was allegedly sent by Medicare24 Group CEO Mike van Wyk to Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala in February. The man in the video has been identified as Maxwell Mlangeni, owner of Today’s Destiny Logistics, who survived the shooting.
