Sage (Breville) Dual Boiler: Part 3 - Dialing in Espresso

Part 3 in the new Dual Boiler Series. Dialing in. Please note: I mentioned in the video that I suspected that there was some link between changes in temp and humidity in the hopper, with the hopper being integrated, with integrated grinder machines. I've since done some testing, with Sage the Sage Oracle, and the changes in humidity and temperature throughout the day were absolutely no different in the hopper in the Sage Oracle, and the sage smart grinder pro hopper. Also, the changes in humidity and temperature inside the hoppers, were exactly the same as the ambient conditions of the room, so what this suggests is that hoppers simply don't protect beans from the room conditions.
