The video was filmed in a metal workshop, where no food is prepared for human consumption and this is not a bakery. All dough was discarded after use on the dough divider. This machine is designed to gently divide dough into equal-weight portions. Dough is cut without stress, compression, or tearing. Divides dough from wheat flour, as well as a 60/40 mixture of wheat and rye flour. All surfaces of the equipment are lubricated with food-grade vegetable oil. Parts in contact with the dough are made of stainless steel. The receiving hopper is made of stainless steel and has a 60 kg capacity. The weight is adjusted manually.
