Potatoes - 6-7 Minced meat of any kind - 400g Mushrooms - 200g Onion - 1 Egg - 1 Sour cream 15% - 1 cup (a cup equals 200g) Garlic - 2-3 cloves Cheese - 100-150g Salt and black pepper - to taste Potatoes - thinly sliced ​​or cut into half-moons Onion - half-rings Mushrooms - diced or cut into strips (I used frozen wild mushrooms, fried them in a pan with vegetable oil until tender, about 10 minutes) Cheese - coarsely grated Add mushrooms, salt, and pepper to the raw ground meat and mix well Grease a baking sheet with oil Place half the potatoes (you can season the potatoes with salt and pepper to taste) Onion on top of the potatoes Ground meat and mushrooms on top of the onions, add a little of the dressing on top Lightly sprinkle with grated cheese Top with a layer of the remaining potatoes Pour the dressing over the casserole (you can add light cream or just water, about half a cup or a little more, to make the casserole juicier) Cook at 180 degrees Celsius for 40-60 minutes.
