Hack Squat (Quad Focused)
Breaking down the hack squat in order to make it more quad focused. With this it all will come down to the foot placement. For glute focused we want to have our feet higher and less knee flexion. With a quad focused we want to have more knee flexion really allowing the quads to get maximal stretch allowing us to provide it more stimulus.
