The time has come: my nose mask is being removed, and I finally get to see my "new nose" and face! It's so exciting: was the surgery a success? Is my septum straight now, and do I like the minor rhinoplasty? And most importantly: what effect does it all have on me? Spoiler alert: more than I expected!
