As I moved toward my 60s, I realized that much of my last decade I was just stuck in survival mode - pushing through the days to make it to the next one. I lost my spark! In this video, I'm sharing 8 simple things that have helped me calm my nervous system, feel more grounded, start feeling happier and get my spark back again.
