Table ronde 2 : « Les faits/le droit » à partir de l'affaire Faussaires 40

On June 9, 2026, ADAGP co-organized, with the OCBC (Central Office for Combating Trafficking in Cultural Goods), in partnership with the CMV (Council of Auction Houses), the CPGA (Professional Committee of Art Galleries), and the SYMEV (National Union of Auction Houses), an awareness day on art forgeries at the Marc Chagall Museum in Nice. The first part of the day was dedicated to two roundtables, which you can now watch online. This second roundtable, devoted to the so-called "Forgers 40" case, was moderated by Tristan Azzi (Professor at the Sorbonne Law School) and brought together Sylviane Brandouy (lawyer), Pierre Hutt (lawyer, HDA law firm), Meret Meyer (rights holder – Marc Chagall, Vice-President of the Marc Chagall Committee), and Estelle Stamm (Deputy Head of the OCBC).
