We're still scrambling to finish preparing the site before it can even be set up. With the groundwork only partially complete, what should have been an exciting delivery quickly turns into a full-blown race against time. Every hour counts as we work to finish the base, keep the project moving, and get one step closer to milling our very first boards. After months of planning, digging, levelling, pouring concrete, moving road base, and battling winter weather, seeing the sawmill finally roll onto the property makes all the hard work feel real.
