DISC GOLF - THE SECRET TO A LONG AND HAPPY LIFE

Most of us know that disc golf is a fun way to get exercise, enjoy nature, and engage in healthy competition, but did you know that disc golf may be the secret to living a long and happy life? At ONE HUNDRED years old (as of October 2020), Don Shinn still plays disc golf every day, and often multiple rounds in a day. In this video, Don shares why he believes disc golf is so important to good health, and how it is a key contributor to his happiness and longevity. Don holds the official World Record for a distance throw in the over 95 year old division, at just over 199 feet, set with an Innova Mamba. Don "Mr. Mamba" Shinn still plays in sanctioned Professional Disc Golf Association tournaments as often as possible, and plans on continuing to play disc golf for a long time.
