My first slip cast (what's going on with my Laguna slip?)

Hello potters. We may make some enemies here. I am learning to slip cast. Personally I think simple things like bowls and cups are killing my already valuable time. I figured I'd practice making come Megaman slip cast molds out of some small toys I have laying around the studio (This is a capcom and megaman household). Unfortunately my glazes were coming out funny. I Tested everything; SG, application, heat, a bunch of stuff. My glazes were not working except when I changed from store bought casting slip to handmade (which is very easy to make BTW). Huge shout out to ‪@jeffcampana1‬ for the slip cast recipe.
