Our second day in Istanbul was unexpectedly packed with activities! First, we visited the Asian side markets, enjoyed some authentic börek (traditional Turkish street food), then took a ferry back to Europe. We also visited the century-old Koska brand, attended a Turkish coffee workshop, took a vintage family photo, explored the spice market, ate delicious döner kebab… and shared why you should always eat a good meal before heading to the airport!
