And you are at the center of these two great forces. Let these energies move into your energetic body, into your spiritual body, into your physical body. Just notice what you're sensing, notice what you're experiencing, right here and right now. Do you feel tension? Pain? Are certain memories or thought patterns arising? Notice it. Say "hello" to it.
