Why what you base your approach on makes all the difference.
Being based on empiricism alone, being told to follow to understand, having to run experiments, being purposefully incomplete, being immutable, focusing on a framework, and being forced to coordinate multiple teams creates a downward spiral of difficulty. This talk illustrates the upward spiral that results from having verifiable first principles, understanding up front, knowing how to predict if something will be advantageous, being sufficient, being flexible, and focusing on alignment creates an upward cycle of effectiveness. #Agile #Scrum #AgilePatterns #IsAgileDead #Amplio
