Burning or Numb Feet? 5 SEATED Exercises for Neuropathy Relief
Are you dealing with neuropathy symptoms in your feet, like burning pain, numbness, tingling, or reduced feeling? In this video, I’ll guide you through gentle seated foot exercises for neuropathy that are designed to help improve circulation, wake up the nerves in your feet, support foot and ankle mobility, and help you move with more comfort and confidence. We’ll go through simple exercises you can do right from a chair, including toe taps, toe V’s, ankle point and flex, ankle circles, foot massage, and rolling the bottom of the foot with a ball. These exercises are low-impact, senior-friendly, and can be done at home in just a few minutes. I’ll also share two important tips at the end to help protect your feet and keep your body moving throughout the day. Foot strength, ankle mobility, leg strength, and balance are all important when you’re dealing with neuropathy, especially because reduced feeling in the feet can affect walking, stability, and fall prevention. My goal is to help you move safely, stay active, and feel more confident in your daily life. Please work at your own pace, stop if anything causes pain, and check with your doctor or healthcare provider if you have concerns about neuropathy, foot pain, diabetes-related foot issues, or balance problems. If this video helps you, I’d love for you to like, comment, and subscribe for more gentle fitness, balance, strength, mobility, and pain relief exercises for seniors.
