We’ll go through simple exercises you can do right from a chair, including toe taps, toe V’s, ankle point and flex, ankle circles, foot massage, and rolling the bottom of the foot with a ball. These exercises are low-impact, senior-friendly, and can be done at home in just a few minutes. I’ll also share two important tips at the end to help protect your feet and keep your body moving throughout the day.
