Tradycyjnie podczas Winobrania wręczono nagrody kulturalne. – Swoją twórczością każdy z was dokłada swoją cegiełkę do tego, by nasze miasto było piękniejsze – komplementował laureatów prezydent Janusz Kubicki. Uroczystość odbywa się zawsze podczas uroczystej sesji rady miasta. – To wyjątkowa sesja, bo państwo jesteście wyjątkowi – mówił Piotr Barczak, przewodniczący rady. Nagrody indywidualne odebrało sześć osób. Przyznano również cztery wyróżnienia zespołowe.
