Dumanlı Yol 47. Bölüm

In "Smoky Road," the social realities and distortions experienced in Turkey at the time are portrayed on screen through the language of cinema. Directed by Gani Rüzgar Şavata, "Smoky Road" tells the story of Azad from Van. Azad is released from prison after 12 years on a 20-day furlough. He is greeted by the tribes with a ceremony befitting a folk hero. However, before the ceremony concludes, the people learn that Azad has not been released, but has been granted leave. This furlough is, in a sense, a reward for the terminal illness he contracted in prison. Upon learning of Azad's illness, the tribesmen decide to have him taken abroad rather than imprisoned, and the adventure begins.
